### **Updated Terms & Conditions for Bharatiya Kala Pratiyogita**  

1. **Eligibility**:  
   - The competition is open to all artists across India, subject to the specific age groups and categories mentioned during registration.  
   - Participation is **free of charge**.  
   - Only participants ranked **within the top 300 slots** are eligible for awards.  

2. **Rank Slots**:  
   - Ranks are provided in **slots** (e.g., 1-3, 4-30, 31-99, 100-200, 201-300) to account for the subjective nature of art, as multiple artworks may be equally good. This ensures fair evaluation without assigning an exact rank to individual artworks.  

3. **Awards and Delivery Charges**:  
   - Winners in the **1-3 and 4-30 slots** will receive their awards **without any delivery charges**.  
   - Winners in the **31-99, 100-200, and 201-300 slots** are required to pay a delivery charge covering:  
     - Award creation  
     - Labor wages for design and assembly  
     - Printing and engraving  
     - Packaging materials  
     - Delivery through a trusted government postal service  
     - Communication expenses, including emails and tracking updates  
   - This delivery charge is inclusive and non-refundable. No additional fees will be charged.  

4. **Submission Guidelines**:  
   - Participants must register by providing accurate personal details.  
   - Artwork submissions must comply with the guidelines provided during registration (e.g., dimensions, themes, format).  
   - Any plagiarized or inappropriate submissions will result in disqualification.  

5. **Tracking and Updates**:  
   - Winners required to pay the delivery charge will receive tracking details via email once the awards are dispatched.  
   - Participants can contact the helpline for any delivery-related queries.  

6. **Fraud Prevention**:  
   - Participants should not trust or respond to any requests for additional fees from unknown sources such as emails, messages, or WhatsApp.  
   - Bharatiya Kala Pratiyogita will communicate only through its official channels.  

7. **Judging and Results**:  
   - The judging process will evaluate artworks based on predefined criteria.  
   - Rankings will be provided in slots rather than exact positions, ensuring fairness and inclusivity.  
   - The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.  

8. **Intellectual Property Rights**:  
   - The submitted artwork remains the property of the artist. However, Bharatiya Kala Pratiyogita reserves the right to use images of submitted artwork for promotional purposes, with due credit to the artist.  

9. **Privacy Policy**:  
   - All participant information will be handled with confidentiality and used only for competition management purposes.  

10. **Disclaimer**:  
   - The organizers are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during the delivery of awards caused by unforeseen circumstances.  

By participating in Bharatiya Kala Pratiyogita, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. Non-compliance with any of these terms may lead to disqualification without prior notice.
